# Planetary Carbon Sequestration Standard (PCSS)

“Planetary Carbon Standard” (PCS) for Afforestation and Reforestation was developed and prepared mainly considering the valuable publications made by the following organizations: Save Planet Earth hereby acknowledges those organizations for their valuable contributions.

• The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).

• The International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

• The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

• The World Resources Institute and World Business Council for Sustainable Development.

SavePlanetEarth also wishes to extend its gratitude to the many individuals who contributed in numerous ways to formulate this new Carbon Standard. SavePlanetEarth hopes that this standard can be further improved based on the feedback that will be received once it is practically used globally for Afforestation/Reforestation and Conservation projects targeting carbon offsetting and sequestration.
