Purpose
This Validation & Verification Report (VR) template is to be used by accredited Validation and Verification Bodies (VVBs) conducting independent validation and/or verification of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) projects under the Planetary Carbon Standard (PCS). It is a streamlined and digitally compatible form consistent with PCS Framework v2.0 and ISO 14064-3 requirements.

Section F – Corrective and Forward Action Requests
List any Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Forward Action Requests (FARs), or Observations (OBS) raised during the assessment. Each item should include a reference number, issue description, status, and resolution summary.
Section G – Conclusions and Recommendations
Provide the final independent opinion of the Validation and Verification Body (VVB) regarding the project’s conformity with PCS rules and requirements. Confirm that the project meets the relevant eligibility and performance criteria and that the reported emission reductions/removals are free from material misstatement.
Final Conclusion:
