This Monitoring Report (MR) template is to be used by project owners and authorized representatives of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) projects registered under the Planetary Carbon Standard (PCS). The MR provides details of monitored greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions and/or removals, environmental and social performance, and verification readiness.
