Governance note on versioning and archiving

Only the latest approved version of this declaration template shall be used. Superseded versions shall be archived and retained for traceability and audit purposes. Printed or downloaded copies are uncontrolled; the PCS published version is the authoritative current version.

Purpose

This form shall be used to formally authorize the registration of a project under the Planetary Carbon Standard (PCS) and to declare the ownership and focal point representation for all carbon credits (PCS Units) to be issued. It provides a single, blockchain-secured record of project authorization, ownership distribution, and contact designation in accordance with PCS Framework v2.0 (Sections 5.3–5.7).

Section B – Authorized Parties and Roles

Section D – Letter of Authorization Statement

I/We, the undersigned, hereby confirm that the entity(ies) listed in Section B are duly authorized to act on behalf of the Project Owners and Legal Representatives to register, manage, and maintain the project under the Planetary Carbon Standard (PCS). This authorization extends to all project documentation, stakeholder communication, and issuance of PCS Units. I/We further affirm that the information provided herein is true, accurate, and complete to the best of our knowledge.

Section E – Focal Point Designation and Responsibilities

Designate the official Focal Points responsible for project communication, registry transactions, and carbon credit ownership.
