Purpose

This Introductory Note captures a brief, early-stage outline of a proposed methodology and underlying project activity. It is used to initiate dialogue with the PCS Methodology Panel prior to submitting a full Concept Note. Submit via the PCS Digital Portal in accordance with PCS-PR-METH-02.
