Purpose and Applicability

This Letter of Authorization (LOA) template is used to formally authorize the registration, validation, and participation of a project under the Planetary Carbon Standard (PCS). It serves as a universal document applicable across all PCS project categories and tracks. The LOA confirms the legal rights of the undersigned entity(ies) to develop, manage, and register the project, and to receive the corresponding Planetary Carbon Units (PCUs) generated from the project.
