Purpose

This form shall be used by Project Developers, Validation and Verification Bodies (VVBs), or other stakeholders to request procedural changes, clarifications, or to file an appeal under the Planetary Carbon Standard (PCS). It is aligned with PCS Framework v2.0 Section 13 (Governance and Appeals).
